Refunds
If the products you have purchased from us are faulty or wrongly described then we will meet our legal obligations to issue a refund as outlined in Australian Consumer Law, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and with proof of purchase.
Proof of purchase may include an order confirmation email, receipt or bank statement. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.
If your products are functional and received as described, there is no refund available for a change of mind.
Returns
Products being returned as faulty or wrongly described or for faults occurring under warranty should be sent (at the customer's expense) or taken in person to the Unist Australia Head Office at 6 Carolina Park Road, Avoca NSW 2251, and include the name and contact details of the customer returning the product.
Prior to returning a product, the customer needs to contact Unist Australia on lloyd@unist.com.au or 02 4381 1375 to explain the reason for the return and receive confirmation of their request.
Lifetime Pump Warranty
When UNIST Coolube™ lubricant is used exclusively in the equipment, UNIST warranties its positive displacement pumps for as long as the original purchaser owns the equipment (lifetime).
This warranty does not cover normal service parts or parts that fail due to chemical attack, incompatible fluids, abuse, improper service, or improper use. Should a pump used solely with Coolube® fail, contact Unist to receive a pump rebuild kit free of charge. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness of purpose. UNIST reserves the right to correct any defect by either repairing or replacing defective parts or refunding the purchase price.
